Pizzas au feu de bois, pâtes faites maison et créations de fruits de mer acidulés sont les points forts d'un menu alléchant créé par le chef résident Marco Boscaini. Sa passion pour l'artisanat et le riche patrimoine culinaire de sa terre natale explose à chaque bouchée. Et puis il y a les vins d'Italie et d'ailleurs - un choix éclectique pour tous les palais les plus exigeants.

Alors que l'intolérance au lactose ou au gluten limite généralement votre plaisir de la cuisine italienne authentique, le chef Marco propose des options de menu sans gluten et sans lactose, ainsi que du fromage végétalien fait maison.
