Canadian lobster, Alaskan crab, freshly shucked oysters, pan seared foie gras and prime cuts headline an extensive evening of dining, with chefs at live stations and a selection prepared to enrich the experience.

The evening moves from dinner into celebration with live music, DJ sets and performances, before guests gather at the water’s edge for the midnight countdown and fireworks over Patong Bay.
